Can't make it look like me -_-

I'm major fan of "self-inserting" especially when it comes to the Sims. But i have a problem

I tried making myself in the Sims 3, but the customization sliders are EXTREMELY limited. the best i could get was this:




I don't really care about the hair color or skin color at all,
but my head/face has never been that wide/bloated. my jaw is much narrower than that too. my lips and nose are fine but the rest is running in. does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do to make it look more like me?
please help! <3
