WCIF SIMS 3 mod to delete thought/speech bubbles permanently?

I'm looking for a mod that deletes the thought and speech bubbles in the sims 3.
I found one that removes the plumbbob but it doesn't remove the thought and speech bubbles
and i tried the "hideheadlineeffects" cheat but it doesn't work at all.

Can someone please help?

The cheat is like this: hideHeadlineEffects on

You need the "on", and sometimes the cheat box need the capital letters as well.
If there already are bubbles, they won't go away immediately after the cheat, but there won't be new bubbles.

i tried typing that cheat in but the headline bubbles still show up.
