Severed Arm Body Mesh Teenage Female - SIMS 2

This is a pretty strange request, but bare with me. I'm looking for someone to make a body-mesh for a clothes-less teenage female sim with her left arm severed. I have a picture of it below. Everything that's highlighted in red is what I want gone.

ALSO, I have another request, I want a body-less mesh for the sims 2 for teenage male sims with just their head, like this picture, everything that's highlighted in red is what I want gone:



I hope someone can make this for me! I'll appreciate it a lot :)
