Arrow in adult sim head? SIMS 2 ASSESSORY REQUEST

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I'm looking for someone to create this for the sims 2. I need an accessory mesh which has an arrow sticking out an adult sim's (male and female) head. It's actually going to be 4 different mods, but all the same mesh, just in different positions, like the pictures below.









as for the arrow, I found an arrow set for download on modthesims that might work:

could someone make different versions of the arrow. One that's sticking out the back. and others that are sticking out the sides of the head?

Maybe, since the arrows from a creator on a SynapticSims, you could ask there? When asking for modifications to be done on an existing mod, it's always best to go to the source.
