SIMS 2 REQUEST cone shaped hat accessory for adult and teenage male sims?

I've been looking for someone to make this for a really long time. I wanted someone to make a cone shaped hat in the sims 2, like in this picture here:
but i want it as an accessory for adult male sims and teenage male sims and to have it in the color red.




there's actually an accessory similar to it for the sims 2 that's already been made, but it's not exactly what i want it. I want it to stick straight up and be just a bit smaller (like the one in the first picture) and without the white draping on the back.

if anyone could make this in the sims 2 I'd be VERY grateful. I've literally been looking for someone to create this for years!
