How do I get a sim to have a public woohoo in a photobooth? I've done it in the past, but have been away from the game for a few years and forgot how.

Theraven:
They must have a romantic relationship, and be on a community lot together. Just click the photobooth and let them 'do it'. Not entirely sure if someone has to witness it for it to be public.
