I think your request will sadly go unanswered, only due to the fact, we have Warlokk's Booty Gal and Mia's Bootycutie (clothing found on my site) which are both similar to the shape you posted (just not as exaggerated). To wrangle a new bodyshape means having someone willing to do multiple clothing options and there's just not enough hours in the day and not enough creators to share the load like the old days. But I could be wrong and I guess it never hurts to ask.
