Oh this one does not stop Sims from playing the piano?  I thought it would be included with it since I thought a piano is an instruments.

Thanks Squinge....I have a OFB night club where they play for tips so this probably wouldn't suit my game ...but I do have the no autonomous playing piano, guitar, drums and bass so I'll stick with them ...lol

It only stops perform not practice which doesn't use the tip jar and visitors can't practice on the piano they can only perform, I had forgot to add practice that's why it's in a separate mod.

Is it possible with the "no tip jar" mod to have the tip jar when they have the "play music for tips" want? Or does it eliminate it at all times?

The no tip jar eliminates it all the time, I have an alternate version in testing that only allows the tip jar on college community lots.

shoo tip jar..i hated it hardly used it since nobody gave my talented sims any money anyway and this also saves time when you want them to stop playing in a performance and checking for money is a waste..its like did you see leave you a tip??

I just posted a new alternate version that allows sims to autonomously perform on college community lots only, it also only allows tipping on college community lots  & makes sims move away from the tip jar after tipping.

I'm in two minds over whether to get this or not. Would it be possible to make a version where sims can't autonomously use instruments on home lots but can on ANY community lot and get tipped. I can't see why you would want to stop sims performing on normal community lots.

I own all of the expansion packs but not the FFS stuff pack or the holiday stuff pack.
