Italian Country Villa (needs NL and UNI)

i always fancied that this is what a small italian country villa would look like, and it has a very simple and playtested plan.
the villa is very private, and has a two car gravelled motor court
also theres the lowered lap pool
the rear of the house has two balconys
and the master bedroom is luxuriously furnished

Second Floor
Third Floor
It is furnished with maxis objects, and was one of my favorite houses to create. it should require NL ans UNI
