A few years ago I download a house.( Can not remember what site). The design was really done well. I did something like it. I hope You Folks will enjoy..
You will need Uni, NL and OFB.
This is a four bedroom four bath. With alot of good potential..
I used only Maixis items.. Furnished mostly. But needs more work done.
Lot size is 3x3 Med. this is a. As is price of 204,985. With no down payments and closing costs. Just motherlode a lot and it is yours. You can put an Address to this one..:bounce:
