Yap, hack conflict tool does not detect any conflict with these.  The others don't tweak anything to do with term papers.  I wish I could attach the error logs but I can't seem to make the attachment system work correctly.

I would try taking out the mods by both Dizzy and Simsky first to see if they conflict. Take one out at a time, I meant and start up the game to see if the mod you had a problem with is a problem.

I heard one of them hasn't been active much these days. I think it was Dizzy. So it is a good chance that one of those mods hasn't been updated for several expansion packs.

I have TJ's Homework Sometimes and Write Term Paper Faster with no issues.

Does  'This mod is non-awesome' mean that it can't be used with MATY stuff?

No, it doesn't mean it's not awesome to use with MATY stuff. You can use the mods with the stuff from MATY. Just keep an eye out for the problem mods that might conflict with each other.
