Yet another thing I found, this time it is the therapist mustache. This one is giving me problems, I can't get the custom content star to go away, but that doesn't effect anything when playing. For adults and elders. All colors included. You only need the base game to enjoy this.

You can use this on sims and recolor it without giving credit.
