^^Hope you don't mind me stepping in, lol, but they work as regular clothes too. In fact, unless you have the pregwearall hack (or something comparable) they only work like that. :icon_smi:

I'm sorry-I don't understand what you mean. If you mean for your pregnant sims to wear them, then you need Squinges "Pregnant Sims wear Any Outfit" hack which you can get here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=7238

You just buy the outfits as you would normal everyday clothes, and when they'ew pregnant, you can choose everyday and these clothes will show with the "bump"
