OpenHouseJack:
you must have Sims 2 and hopefully its expansion pack.
To put it in your game, click on the zip file at inseminator.net thread. save it on your pc desktop; extract it to Eagames/Sims2/Download folder.

I believe the meshes are included in the zip file.so I hope This will help you
