Its from http://www.rosesims2.net one of the best sims "hairdresser" in my opinion! Its Donation hair 00038 but its very reasonable at $2.50 as you get 8 different shades, and it looks fantastic in the game. She also has many freebie hair too, which are as equally stunning.
