It's not that hard, just get photoshop and start reading tutorials and making everything you can think of, It's all about practice ;)

Well actually I'm starting right now, I've already downloaded lots of pics and now I'm just checking all shirts requested, I'll make Australia, Spain, Brazil, Portugal and Japan, then upload them together. That shouldn't take more than 2 days
