First, most of my maternity wear are just regular clothing downloads from here, and other sites. I don't know where others get theirs.
Second, the women rub their own bellies because of the rub own belly hack. You can get that here.
Thirdly, you need the trips and quads mod to make them have trips and quads. You can find it here.
