Installation help: After downloading and extracting the download in the desktop, open it with sims2pack clean installer,press install,and a popup window will appear.Uncheck the defaualt installion and browse it to your C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\LotCatalog folder and change the file extesion from Sims2tmp to Package. and press install. Then close the sims2pack clean installer. Then rename the lot w/c we have been installed in the Lot Catalog in the sims2 folder in your My Documents folder.(i.e. if cx_00000020 is the number of the last lot in the lot catalog, so, we will rename our lot to cx_00000021. Note that there shouldn't be the same numbers of the current installed lot in your lot catalog if you dint want your lot to conflict w/ other. Thanks.

It took me twice to think of downloading this house, not because it's negative thou. I was thinking that I usually get modern houses & I have so many of them. However, this one is really beautiful. It makes me think that I can live in it myself. Fantastic work from you & I agree...plans make making houses somewhat easier.
