This kind of Ferris Wheel is some type of a crazy idea, with a hand holding the seats..Heeheehee :D
The animation is like one you've seen in your places. It is rotating..
Well,crazy work comes in a crazy idea..Hehehe :D
Well just enjoy it.It is good for your community parks..
The image here is not the actual animation of it, its just an image, but the animation in the actual game is slower and there are times that it rotates fast,then very fast..:D
I would liked to read your ideas about this stuff. ENJOY!!!
