This is my first upload, Cherry Tree Cottage. It was made with all 3 EPs installed but it should work with just NL. It comes unfurnished and is designed for those of you who want something that is a functional house but still looks ok. It is designed to be a basic shell of a house, leaving you free to customise it in any way you wish. IT IS MENT TO BE BORING, in other words Smiley It has 6 rooms and plenty of garden space and costs just under $16,000. Enjoy!! Cheesy
*update* Cherry Tree Cottage now comes fully furnished!! Just download the zip file called "Cherry Tree Cottage-furnished" you might need uni for this one, but it might work without it. The furnished version costs just under $38,000. Smiley
Watch this space because I will be adding a version with a garden which includes pool and hottub soon!! Cheesy

I have a question, are there three bedrooms? I was having problems figuring that out from the difference in the front floors. XD

But other than that question, it looks lovely!

the black and white checked floor is a bathroom, yellow and white: kitchen, blue carpet: bedroom, red room opposite the bathroom is a party room, the room opposite the kitchen is a lounge and the last room is a recreation room. That is how I designed it, but they can be any room you like Smiley
