How do I re-color a customized hair color?

recoloring hair is just like recoloring clothing or other genetics (like eyes)...there are many tutorials on how to recolor clothing yet I dont think theres one specifically for hair. I guess I could make one when im not as tired as i am right now lol
this tutorial located here should help you, just choose the hair you want to recolor instead of the dress shown in the tutorial. It's pretty much the same thing.

You could try PaintShop Pro as well or any paint program.
