You will need the meshes from here for these shirts to work.
 
Here are 8 rolled-up sleeve tops for Marvine's athletic guy.
 


 
They are organised into 2 rar files with 4 shirts in each.
 
Credit goes to Marvine for the mesh, Beosboxboy for the muscle shadowing and wirelessguy for the textures/alphas.
