Fallen Angel *Final Chapter Up*
Cathy:
Arabella showed Gabriel the room in which he was going to sleep.
Gabriel slept almost immediately, after laying down.
Arabella stood by the bed for a couple of minutes, watching Gabriel sleep.
He was beautiful...no doubt he was an Angel. Then she decided she should call someone to give her a hand with all that.
"I hope he's still up"
Arabella: Hi Alex! Please don't hang up and don't be mad at me!!
Alex: I was in bed...
Arabella: I'm so sorry, Alex! I really am, but you are the only person who can help me.
Alex: Alright. You have one minute.
Arabella: Not fair! And not enough!
Alex: Less than one minute now.....
Arabella: Oh, alright! You asked for this: there is an Angel in my house.
*silence and suddenly....* -> :rotfl1:
Alex burst into a laugh.
Alex: Okay! I am fully awake now. Satisfied? Now tell me the real reason of the late phone call. And then let me sleep!!!
Arabella: Alex, I mean it when I say there is an Angel in my house.
Alex: And you want me to have tea with him. Or is it a her?
Arabella: You are not listening to me!! I said ...
Alex: ...there is an Angel in your house. And what do you want me to do? Call the Police? S.W.A.T? Maybe Superman, if he is not busy saving the world....
Arabella: Alex, now I'm getting mad at you.
*silence*
Alex: Arabella, you really mean it, I mean, the Angel? Culry hair, wings?
Arabella: *sigh* Please, come over to my house and see him for yourself. He has fallen from...I-I don't know. He is sleeping in the guest's room.
Alex: Don't move and don't let him move. I'm on my way.
Arabella: ALEX!!!
Alex: What now?
Arabella: Bring some clothes with you. He...he...doesn't have any.....
Alex: Oh! Okay.
Cathy:
Later....
Arabella: I'm so glad you came, Alex!
Alex: I have to confess I'm very curious to see little Cupid...
Arabella: Err...well...he is not so little. He is a fully grown man. With wings and very long, blonde hair.
Alex: Arabella...
Arabella: Sit down, Alex. Let Gabriel sleep for a little while. Then you can meet him and talk to him.
Alex: Gabriel?!?! You said GABRIEL?????
Arabella: Yes, why?? Alex, you are scaring me....
Alex: He is the Messanger! Don't you read books, Arabella?? He was the Angel who delivered the message to Mary.
Arabella: Mary... you mean Holy Mary???
Alex: Exactly!!!! And you have THIS Gabriel HERE in your house!!!!
Arabella: Alex, I think I'm going to faint.....
Alex: Don't you dare!!! Not over me!!!!
Arabella: Not likely....he told me he is a fallen angel. Gabriel, that Gabriel, couldn't be a fallen angel. Could he?
Alex: He actually spoke to you? Or was it some kind of...Angelish?
Arabella: He spoke to me. And he was very nervous and confused. Alex, promise you won't leave this house till you speak to him....please....
Alex: And where will I sleep?
Arabella: You can sleep in my bed.
Alex: And you, Arabella?
Arabella: Since I can't share my own bed with you, I'll sleep in the couch.
Alex: Nice girl.....
The end of Chapter Five
Cathy:
Arabella showed Alex her room...
...and before installing herself in the couch, she decided to check on Gabriel....
He was sleeping like an Angel....But of course!! He was an Angel!! :slow:
Arabella, then, laid down in the couch (again) and tried to get some sleep. She was tired, after all.
Next morning...
When Alex came down to the kitchen, Arabella was fixing something for them to eat.
Alex: Good morning, Arabella! Did you sleep well?
Arabella: I slept in the cousch, so don't ask.....
Alex: -> :lol1:
Arabella: DOn't make fun of me, Alex!! I know how comfortable my bed is!!!
Alex: Keep your voice down! You will wake him!! Or is he already up?
Arabella: No, Gabriel is in bed, I suppose. I don't know I didn't check on him, Alex. I...I...don't feel exactly...hum... comfortable...checking on him. He is nude!!!
Alex: Hum....Okay, let's eat! It smells delicious.
They sat and started to eat. A few minutes later, Gabriel came down the stairs. He was kind of lost.
Cathy:
Gabriel: Hello!! Anybody home?
Alex: Ah! You must be Gabriel!
Gabriel: Yes, it's me. And you would be....
Alex: Alex conway! I'm Arabella's friend.
Gabriel: *looking around* Where is Arabella?
Alex: She is in the bathroom. Err...listen, Gabriel, I hope you don't find me rude or anything, but we, humans, don't walk nude around. Err...I think you should get dressed. Arabella is a woman and...well, you know...
Gabriel: Sorry, I don't have any human clothes. Actually, I don't have any kind of clothes....
Alex: Follow me. I broght some clothes for you.
Gabriel: Thank you, Alex Conway. That's very kind of you.
Alex: Don't thank me, thank Arabella.
A few minutes later, back in the kitchen
Gabriel: So you mean now I'm "decent". I can't go out without clothes on.
Alex: You are a fast learner, Gabriel.
Arabella: Hi!! Good morning, Gabriel!!
Gabriel: Good morning Arabella!
Arabella: And you have clothes on. That's good!
Gabriel: Yes, I do. I'm sorry for ofending you with my nakedness yesterday. I had no idea....
Arabella: No problem! I promise I didn't see anything.
Alex: -> :lol1:
Gabriel: Thank you for these clothes, Alex! You are very kind
Arabella: Alex? Kind? You really don't know him....
Alex: I'm not that bad either, Arabella. And by the way, you should go shopping with him as soon as possible.
Arabella: Right. And how are we going to hide his wings, Alex?
Alex: I'm sure we'll think of something when the time comes....
Gabriel: Why I have to hide my wings?
Alex: Not everybody in the world is like Arabella and I, Gabriel. Some people will want to take advantage of you just because you are an Angel. They will want to make some profit over you.
Gabriel: Profit? I'm sorry I don't undersatnd...
Arabella: To make money with you, Gabriel. They are mean people. They'd put you in a cage, if not in a lab....
Alex: They would hurt you, Gabriel.
Gabriel: Why?? I didn't do anything wrong to these people!!
Alex: *sighs and looks at Arabella* He is absolutely naive of the ways of the world.
Arabella: Yeah...I can see that....
Cathy:
Alex stayed with them till the afternoon. Arabella hardly talked. She'd rather listen to their conversation.
Then Alex had to leave, He had to work on some things at home.
Arabella: I dont know how to thank you, Alex!!
Alex: You tanke care of that guy and then you've thanked me enough. If you need anything, call me.
Arabella: I promise I will.
After Alex left, Arabella sat in the living room with Gabriel.
Arabella: Now it's just you and me, Gabriel.
Gabriel: Arabella, can I ask you a question?
Arabella: Sure!
Gabriel: You...you are diferent from me. You have...things I don't have. Why not?
Arabella: Things you dont have...? Like what?
Gabriel: These *pointed her breasts*
Arabella: Oh! Oh, you mean my boo...breasts? Well... maybe it1s because I'm a woman and you are a man.
Gabriel: But why?
Arabella: You sound just like my five-year-old nephew....I guess it's because I can have babies and then I can feed them.
Gabriel: Oh, I see...Why don't you have babies?
Arabella: I can't have babies, Gabriel. I had.... a kind of...well... an accident when I was younger and now it's totally impossible for me to get pregnant.
Gabriel: I'm sorry to hear that. Your babies would be as beautiful as you.
Arabella: Why, thank you!!! You are very handsome too. I bet your babies would be gorgeous!
Gabriel: I'm an Angel. Angels can't have babies either.
Arabella: Get used to the idea you now are a man, Gabriel. Or kind of. Well...I totally forgot I had to go to work!! And you can't stay alone.
Gabriel: I promise I'll behave.
Arabella: No, hun, it's not that. You don't know anything. I'm calling my cousin, Edgar to come over and stay with you while I'm out. He is kind of nuts, but you will like him.
