converting male to female

Can this be done with accessories? And if so where exactly in SimPE do you do it? I have version 0.58 alpha. Thanks in advance,

Depending of the accessory you want to transgender, you can use the same methode (change 01 for 02 in the properties set).
Keep in mind that as 3D models, females are taller than males and are more bent backwards. So, if an accessory is too close to the female face or neck, it will sink inside the male respective parts. The same for any other part of the body. You should prefer accessories that are not so thight to any part of the body.
