You will need the mesh from here for these to show up.
 
Here are 8 outfits consisting of a rolled-up sleeve top with jeans for the bodybuilder mesh.
 


 
They are organised into 2 rar files with 4 outfits in each file.
 
Credit goes to Marvine and Beosboxboy for the mesh and muscle shadowing and wirelessguy and Maxis for the textures/alphas.
