Here are some authentic uniforms for the female doctors and nurses.  They come in Maxis sizes which will need no mesh.  But the larger busts will need:

Warlokk's 34D bust tee mesh:

Stethescope mesh is included but tends to "hide" in the larger busts.  LOL
