Thanks Comical, I got your last house. Larger lot size thou. I will try playing it. It will be good for my family or fortune sims. (I really hate the fortune sims). I am preparing the colonial lot for upload, just finished tweaking it. Don't worry about mourning about my free time, I do enough for everyone, LOL.
I am working on downtown lots now. I stole this idea from mystblu95, and her city lots. I loved it and made the ones below:
The one in this post is my favorite, I love the kitchen. I have to ask mystblu if it okay to upload. Not finished with the furnishings.

I am having a hard time with posting here. Oh well, I am just a goof. This is the second house I am working on, for the downtown area. I love the back of the house garages. Thanks mstyblu95 (I think that is the correct spelling of her screen name).
I love the entryway and the basement in this lot.

Thanks alot sliim. I posted a few in the residential threads, I haven't for a while because I started my game over. I sometimes use floorplans, just for new ideas, but my sim homes end up in another direction. I am working on uploading a few lots soon. Have to split my time with work and play. Hah!
