I usually set it to 10 if I'm building a bigger lot.

mstybl95, great work on University of Illinois, Chicago.  I am not originally from Chicago, but love the hustle and bustle of this city. Never bored, especially if you live north by the lake. (I moved to be closer to my job.)  I will have to make a new sub-neighborhood dedicated to your buildings. Can't wait to see the finished product. ;)

Thanx mstybl95... I'll have to try that...

The one problem that I have is that when I build a 5th floor deck that I have to either use the Ascension - Elevator Stairs from MTS2 or an external 4th floor stairway to access it... Sometimes I use both... but it would be nice to be able to have a boxed-in covered stairway to the roof... I'm actually surprised that someone hasn't designed a stairway with some kind of covering for use with roof-top decks...

I am glad I found this thread to have a look at. I always thought I had a bit of a knack for designing houses but after seeing all of your designs here, I will just take my bruised ego and quietly slink off into the sunset........

Great work!!!!! You are all very talented and thanks for showcasing your work (I hope you don't mind that I'm taking notes as I browse :))

Will.

Aww how cute, Dinki.  So cool. I really think that is soooo imaginative.

Hey wills, come on bring your designs on board.  I am still learning and am surprised how far I have come, thanks to dinki, comical, mstybl95, and others on this thread.  I am always stealing ideas.

*Takes out notebook to steal dinki's college lot design*
