Yep, see my computer is 5 yrs old. The most I could upgrade to is 1Gig RAM. That's why I must play small lots. :D
A new lot in my neighborhood, and I agree with Hunterkiller, I can make more realistic houses on the small lots. BTW, that is lot is gorgeous. You make wonderful modern lots.

Thanks Sliim and Hunterkiller. I spent most of my time on the roof, LOL! It took alot of work to get it kinda right :P. Trial and error. I still have to work on the inside a little. The upstairs is a loft and the stair placement has been troubling for me. Once I get it right, I will show it. :D
