As requested:
   This mod makes the headmaster show up shortly after you call him, instead of having to wait until 5pm.
   
   This mod has only been tested with EP3 but it should work with all versions of TS2.
   
   This mod was tested & approved by MissDoh (Thank You)
   This mod is compatible with all EP’s, FFS & GLS.

Yeah.. no more bugs because of this mod.  No need to wait and call him only at 5pm for the scenario to go without bugs.

P.S. for those that does not know, Squinge also made a sameday adoption service mod which works the same way.  Both are must if you ask me. Wink

YEAH! Finally has my age-old request been filled. The parents in my "Challenge 75" Neighborhood have the want to get their kids into private school, but sometimes the HM failed to show up (Maybe because of using SetHour?)
