This luxury house is built on a 1x3 lot, for when space is a premium.   It can be built in the center median off Strangetown.    It has 2 BR, 2 Ba, and costs 62,215.   It is fully furnished to provide a Glamorous life for your Sim.    I have all expansion packs (Uni, NL, OFB, and Pets) and all stuff packs (FFS, GLS, HFS).

Very cool, now you will make me add another neighborhood to my Pleasantview.  I think it should be in the list of neighborhoods. Thanks for sharing.
