Street Gang Career-Teens only

Nothing vulgar or anything in this, i just didnt think there was enough variety for teens. I may make an adult career out of this but its hard for me to see an adult as a gangster, i think the mafia career did that just fine. anyway, this was made strictly for teens therefore no custom reward and the employment titles are as follows:
Initiate-$50
member-$80
Soldier-$120

Has its own GUID, Chance cards and wont overwrite anything.
I have tested it and it works perfectly. Any issues let me know asap and ill fix it. I hope everyone enjoys. Yes it has its own picture

Actually im considering doing an adult street gang career that starts where this one left off.. waiting for positive feedback on it though. if noone is interested then i wont do it.
