go to your documents in your computer, then ea games, neighborhood, and there will numbers like N002, N001 (depending on which neighborhood you have) and once inside that folder go to storytelling and there they are! hope that helps. :)

here is a picture of a sim family that i am playing at the moment
the mother sim is pregnant and she add a craving for cheesecake and you know what cheesecake means twins.
