Black and White?
starlucid:
I been thinking of doing an old movie it's from the 40s so I would have to update some of the content. But my question is should I do it in black and white?
It's a really moody dark sort of movie so it seems color might not be good. Also does anybody know what colors look best in black and white photos?
summer_wine:
For me i really sepia better than black and white, more nostalgic i think. and you'd have more colors to play with. just an idea. :)

thanks summerwine thats a really good idea! I want to keep the moody feel of the story and serpia might work.

If you get a trial of any good photoshopping programs, and are snappy with editing (so you're trial doesn't run out) you can acheive brilliant effects.
If you have Windows Movie Maker, there are three sets of effects - Old, Older, Oldest. They are standard - if you want to keep it the same throughout the movie - but if you edit the photo first (e.g blur or colorize) then you can acheive different effects throughout :D
And finally - yay, another Starlucid production :D

Hi Simulated! I don't have the know how to do a movie would love to but it would take me years to figure out how to do. I want to do a 40s look to my story and have to practice with the look for awhile and upload stuff untill I crash again probably. LOL!
