....At least I think it looks a little bit southwestern.  I don't think pine trees and cactus go together, but what the hay, I think it looks good.  I got word from my doctor that I will be going back to work Monday, so I thought I would play my game a little.  While playing, I needed a new home for one of my knowledge sims family, and built this little lot for them. I have all EP's and Happy holidays stuff pack.  Oh yeah, I don't know if it's the cacti or where I placed the lot, but if you don't mind the wolves coming to your house, this is the lot for you.  I got 3 at the same time and they took turns beating my sims dog up.  Going to DJS Sims to get the wolf keep away sign.

2X2 lot
Fully Furnished
about 75000 simoleons
Basement, garage parking, on street parking, covered porch, 3 bds, 2 baths, landscaped

Furnished and decorated with Maxis, ( I tried, really)

Custom Content:

Stucco Wall- Patul @ MTS2
Pinie lang, klein (trees)- bienchens@ sims2world
Bathroom window- Souk@ Aroundthesims2
Modular stairs- Jonesi@ http://www.reflexsimsforum.com/showthread.php?t=3004  (please get the install instructions from that site, or the stairs will not show)

Thanks to all the creators I have used in the building of this lot.  They are the best for letting us share in their creations.  Big ups to INSIMenator for giving this forum to simmers to share there creations.  :blob6: :love1: Happy Birthday Eric, may you have many more!!
