How do I post a photo?

I feel really dumb, but I havent figured out how to post a photo. It asks for the url, but My photos are either in EA games files or in My Pics. Do I do it as an attatchment cause I don't think that would work the way I want, or do I copy and Paste?

Your best bet is to upload them into a site like ImageShack or Photobucket and post the urls through the little button above the text box (where you type) that looks like a photo of a mountain (it's beside the link button).

I did that but all I get is red X, where did I screw it up?
