The top is the typical Pin up one, light blue, tied up on the front...and the red nails come with it.

I agree with all the above. I adore the bag. Cherries, with its red color on a black bag is and was very popular with your sim model's look.
I am thinking she is very retro, the late 60's or early 70s perhaps.
I tres adore her glasses, their shape is unique and the perfect everyday accessory. As for her top, I remember wearing a lot of my shirts tied like that in the front, showing just a bit of belly was very risque in those years.
Also popular were long flowery granny skirts, empire waists and tiny tiny shorts shorts. Just a FYI.
