I tried downloading many different items from here, but they don't show up in the game! I know I'm stupid, but how do I get them to appear?

Are u sure about the compatibility of your game with the items?
u have to extraxt the file from the zip and put in the download folder, maybe you put the whole zip!...If not I really don't know!

did you enable custom content?
