OK, i'm gonnna try and explain this as clearly as I can. Apologies in advance if it comes out sounding wacky.

But, I want to have a lot with live in "servants" but I also want the servants to be playable. But that's not my question. My question is, that I want my servants to have their own little house on my lot. But I don't want my "master" sims to be wandering over there and using their stove, toilet, etc.

So, I want my servants to be able to move freely between both houses. But I want the "masters" to stay in their house, and not enter the servants house autonomously, only if I direct them to go there.

Is this possible? Or is there a mod that will do something like this? And if this is in the wrong board, I apologise.

Tunaisafish smart doors sounds like what you need.  Basically you would give a key to the door for each sim you want to have access, then lock the door.  No key, no entry.

if you have OFB then you can lock the maxis/ea doors and gates
