Karen, are you uploading the snapshots or the thumbnails?  Be sure to upload the snapshots because they are the full sized images...

If not, you may not have a good enough graphics card to handle the top settings.  Press start, select "Run", then type in "dxdiag", click the "Display tab"...take a print screen of it and PM it to me and i'll let you know

I have a ugly kid curse in my game it's almost impossible to have a sim baby not grow up to be scary but occasionally....I get a good looking sim this here is Bella Goths daughter with reaper I think she pretty at least.
