It is a Louis skin actually. It's a default replacement skin I found it over on SexySims2, by jwilson5.
And I of course have more of my favorite alien squirt. Starting off, I found it kind of funny that Maxis won't let kids around sharp instruments or cook their own food, but they'll let 'em handle dangerous pesticides. Hah!
