Can't load familys

When I go into the sims 2, everythibg loads great, except I can't play any familys because they don't finish loading, all I get is the family loading screan, No hack clashes, although I have a lot of hacks/modified objects.

Are you moving families into a new house you just downloaded? If so you may have a house that requires an EP you don't have.

No, I'm not even moving them at all. It's not a memory issue because I have a lot of memory on my computer (fast memory, I think its called RAM).

edenhenry - it sounds like you have an object that isn't for your version of the game. Have you downloaded any new lots lately? usually when this has happened to me - I discover that I have one or more copies of the phone-mod or the hacked-mailbox. If you can use Sims2Pack Clean Installer to scan your downloads - check for copies of those items.

I haven't downloaded any new lots for ages, but I have downloaded some hacked objects, which might be doing this to my game, I took the downloads out of the download folder and into my personal folder and the game worked just fine, but when I put some essentual hacks back on, The familys won't load. It's definetly the hacks.
