What do I need to make appear properly in Bodyshop and convert it to Adult sims with a pregnant body mesh?

For them to show in Bodyshop you need the InTeenimater. As for converting them for adults, I used the underwear mesh on all the outfits except the dress and the teddy bear sweater with jeans. The dress is on the long loose formal mesh and the teddy bear sweater is on the classic pajama mesh. I supose you'd just have to copy and paste, but only for your personal use. Smiley
