Just put them in your "Downloads" folder here: C:\Documents and Settings\your name\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads. make sure you enable "custom content" in your game (see screen shot) and it's a good idea to get "cep" from here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=92541
