the cheat boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true isnt working with pets is there a new one

It could be case-sensitive. I assume you've tried typing it as boolProp Allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true?

Are you using the '>' and '<' keys? To rotate.

The cheat is:
boolProp allow45degreeangleofrotation true

type it exactly like that,
then when you click on your intended content, all you do is select it with one click of the mouse, do not hold the mouse button down. Then, using your < & > keys on your keyboard, position the item in the direction you choose. Then click after you decide.
