I have about 7k downloads, (mostly clothes) but also some hacks.
My sims can't make an outgoing call, to anyone.
We do recieve incoming calls no problem, though.
Does anyone have any idea why?

It sounds like you might have an outdated phone hack.  You might want to surf over to http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf and look for an update.

no luck.
i removed everything that resembled a phone hack from my downloads and still no luck.
I'll keep trying, tho.

Could be 2 conflicting hacks, like "moveoutteens" and the "Inteenimator" for example. What happens when you are trying to call? The option is just not there or ur sims jump and stop all actions?
