HELP!! Please

the maxis faces in body shop and in cas are missing...still. Either there heads are blacked out or just around the neck. I am at a loss of what to try next. I've removed skins, saved sims etc. New sims that I put in are completley fine and in tact. This is only happening to all the maxis sims in the catalogs, there eyes are showing with big black heads. Hopefully someone can tell me what to try next.

I've seen a few threads about this same problem. I'm not really sure if anyone has been able to resolve this issue without reinstalling the game. Sorry.
