Q: I lost my booklet, how can I recover my installation key?

A: there are two ways to recover your serial key:

[*]OPTION 1
[*]You can get it from the EA site if you registered it.
[*]If you registered your game on this site you can find it here.
[*]Go to http://www.ea.com
[*]At the top right, click on "Get Into the EA Nation"
[*]Log in with your http://www.thesims2.com username and password.
[*]Click on your username where "Get Into the EA Nation" was.
[*]Go to "My Account."
[*]Log in again.
[*]Click on "My Games"
[*]All the codes for your registered games will be there.
