Change lifetime 'want'?

Is there something to change a sims lifetimewant? I know you can change your aspiration..  But I get bored that all sims with a friend-aspiration want to get a mayor. If there isn't such thing can anyone tell me with what aspiration you get a certain job faster?

With the Insimenator's Aspiration Adjustor you can have the game reroll for the lifetime want.
