You have to tell them to do it mule, but it is cool because the kids can eat cold leftovers now!! HaHA! At least it's more than another snack! :)

There should be a new option on the serve meal to "put away left overs" or something like that.  Sims won't do it on their own.  If you don,t see this option, you might have a mod conflict.

recolours of Maxis fridges work, but custom fridges don't

I moved the family out of the gouse they were in, and moved them to another lot, which I furnished with only Maxi's stuff, and this time I was able to retrieve and let the sims eat the food.
